INTRODUCTION TO TEA
YES, there is a proper way to taste tea, come join us for an informative, and fun filled afternoon!
You will have fun learning how to properly taste tea while at the same time tasting some wonderful teas from all the varieties black, oolong, green, white and rooibos. You will walk away from the class with a beginning knowledge of the processing of tea, history of tea, different grades of tea, and how to taste tea. Come be introduced to tea!

The class will be taught by Leslie Sundberg who has been trained as a Tea Consultant at Magnolia and Ivy Tea Conference. Leslie has also been trained in the art of the Chinese Tea Ceremony at the New Mexico Tea Company.
