Because tea is a food item, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Refunds may be offered in limited circumstances. If there is a defect with the product you received and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please contact us with your name and order number, plus a photo and explanation of the issue. While we will always work with our customers to ensure satisfaction, Chelmsford Tea reserves the right to deny refund requests for any reason.

Paypal and Stripe may provide us with the last four digits of accounts used for purchases on the site for order processing purposes. Chelmsford Tea does not have direct access to any sensitive payment information entered on the site except what is detailed above.
